1.5 c homemade almond milk
1/2 small roasted sweet potato with skin removed (about 1/3 cup)
1 scoop protein powder (I use Moon Juice Vanilla Mushroom Protein)
1 date, pit removed
1/4 tsp ginger root powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
A large handful of ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
