1 c coconut water
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/3 c frozen cauliflower
1/3 c dahlicious blueberry lassi (yogurt smoothie)
1 date, pitted
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Moon Juice)
2 tsp hemp seeds
3 ice cubes
bee pollen for topping (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
